Dr. Scott Epstein is a board-certified physiatrist with more than 30 years of clinical experience and a medical legal practice spanning nearly three decades. Based in northeastern Pennsylvania, Dr. Epstein provides independent medical examinations, expert witness testimony, depositions, medical record review, and disability chart reviews for attorneys and medical legal professionals across Pennsylvania.
Medical Legal Experience
Dr. Epstein has been conducting independent medical examinations for plaintiff and defense since 1997. He is certified to perform impairment rating evaluations under the AMA Guides 4th, 5th, and 6th editions and is available for in-person IMEs and virtual or in-person depositions at offices in Scranton and Philadelphia.
